Hot Spot of the Week – Capishe: Real Italian Kitchen
Before I begin to discuss Capishe, there is something you should know about me… I LOVE pizza… I mean really, really LOVE pizza! (I’m sure this will be a recurring theme in blog posts – oops). When I first started dating my (now) husband, any time we had pizza he would joke about how I had this overwhelmingly joyous face (my “pizza face”) that only appears when I’m eating pizza. Fast forward to now – we have a little one who apparently inherited my love of pizza! So, for special treats, we often make trips out for pizza.
A few weeks back (maybe several weeks at this point), we decided to try a new place. Enter – Capishe! Good reviews, delicious sounding menu, glorious looking photos of pizzas, and hello – those lights! Obviously this was a must try. The first time (yes, there has been a repeat visit already), we arrive, place our order and go find a seat. The service was friendly and fast (such a plus when out with a little one)! And the food…OMG! My husband loved the caprese salad, and despite not being a pizza-lover like myself, he enjoyed the pizza as well. The little one and I definitely found our “pizza faces” with this one! With a second visit already occurring, it’s clear we found a real winner!
