Upcoming Events - Week of June 14-20

There are always hundreds of events going on in the Charlotte Metro, so I have taken the time to curate a list of events that cover a wide array of activities. There should be something for everyone – young & old, and even some for your favorite furry friends! Get out & enjoy Charlotte – and don’t forget to celebrate all those special dads this weekend!

FABFEST: Charlotte’s Beatles Festival – June 14-16
- FABFEST is a weekend celebration of Beatles music that will be unlike anything previously staged in the Southeast. Beatles fans from near and far will be arriving in Charlotte to have a fabulous time with John, Paul, George and Ringo in their hearts and great music ringing in their ears! FABFEST includes 2 evening concerts at Knight Theater in Uptown Charlotte AND 2 days of live music, speakers and activities at Fairfield by Marriott on Saturday and Sunday.
Food Truck Friday – June 14 @ 4-10pm
- Come enjoy the Best Food Trucks in the City! Live Music Every Week! Family Friendly!
Friday Nights at Camp North End – June 14 @ 5-10pm
- Friday nights at Camp North End are back for a third season! Join us in the Boileryard for food, music and a few surprises! Whether you’re looking to kick back on a swing bench, explore Charlotte’s history, watch the sunset, connect with old friends or meet someone new… we’ve got a little something for everyone to enjoy.
Indulgence Day – June 15 @ 8am-2pm
- Saturday, June 15th is Indulgence Day at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market (1801 Yorkmont Road, Charlotte, NC 28217). Our vendors have delicious delicacies that everyone is sure to enjoy. Go ahead and treat the whole family to tasty desserts. Don’t worry we have gluten-free and vegan options as well as alternative sugar substitutes for those who may need to be careful when indulging. Our expert bakers, cooks, and chefs take pride in providing goodies for everyone no matter the dietary restrictions. Stop by and sample good stuff today.
Father’s Day Fest! – June 15 & 16 @ 11am-10pm
- OMB has food, contests, prizes, and the U.S. Open being broadcast throughout the Brauhaus all weekend – perfect way to celebrate dad!
Girl Tribe Warehouse Sale – June 15 @ 830am-6pm

Thursday Sunset Yoga – Every Thursday June 6-October 31
- Enjoy a Samdhaana Yoga class that focuses on energetic bodies and patterns of movement. At the heart of Samdhaana is the choreography of patterns of movement that directs and guides the flow of energy through the body.This class will help with restoring balance physically, mentally and emotionally. Working toward that balance aslo creates space, a sacred space that allows for deep reflection, inner development, a sense of peace, and, for those seeking it, spiriutal growth.
Saturday Yoga on the Greenway – Every Saturday April 6-October 26
- Get your weekend started off right with a Saturday stretch with yoga instructor, Suzanne Braunlich. This yoga class focuses on bringing awareness to the mind, body, and breath through a variety of yoga poses at a gentle pace. Emphasis is on alignment and self-awareness for a safe practice. Develop and maintain strength, flexibility and balance for your health and well-being. All are welcome, from beginners to seasoned yogis!
Summer Concert Series – Thursdays June 6-August 15 @ 6:30pm
- Come and enjoy an evening of music out on the Greenway at the Comporium Amphitheater! Bring your friends, family, a blanket or chair and a picnic dinner. Beer, wine and sodas will be available for purchase. No glass or outside alcohol allowed. Food trucks will be available on site!
